We quickly get to work on your behalf, listening to your needs and expectations, keeping you updated at every step of the journey. Initially, we offer a no obligation consultation, to discuss how our service can work for you, and to gain a clear insight into your search requirements. We prefer a face to face meeting, but understand this isn’t alway possible, and can discuss over a Zoom or similar..
Once appointed, and we have a detailed brief of the search, we begin a proactive investigation, using our wealth of knowledge and experience, and utilising our extensive network of contact withing the building and development industry as well as other property professionals out in the field.

After initial research we then present to you our selected range of properties. This ‘preview’ will help us establish any redflags or potential comprimises and enable us to get an even better idea of your ideal schenario. We will then preview selected properties on your behalf and accompany you on aranged viewings. We will advise on the negatives as well as the positives along then way. Having identified your ideal property, our extensive due diligence process will raise awareness of any potential problems. We will report on local values and comparable evidence to advise you best, securing the best deals for you in the process.
Once you have identified, we have found that ideal property for you, we will negotiate on the offer price on your behalf, securing the very best price for you, saving you time and money in the process.
