Emma Gray started with the very best, training with Countrywide 20 years ago. After several years of experience in the corporate world, she helped to build and establish a brand new agency for agents Davis and Gibbs in Balham. Later moving back into prime central London introducing a portfolio of over 1000 properties built by various developers to the London market, via international agency Fine & Country. Most of this portfolio was available off plan and off market in and around the development and regeneration of Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms at the centre, but reaching into Mayfair and along the stretch of the river both sides.

“In 2014 I was approached by a 21 year young German lady who had just graduated Her father was gifting her £5m for her fantastic achievements, and with her limited understanding of London and its diverse social pockets, she had the responsibility of investing this money wisely. Having exhausted the options on our books, I started to use the opportunity to secure fees with other agents, and developers directly in developments I felt suited Victorias brief. Her father had specified he wanted a new property with a warranty for the build, but Victoria had her heart set on something with character. So we ventured to Hampstead, Fulham and even as far as Blackheath viewing some stunning developments. Eventually we found a stunning apartment overlooking a private garden square in Bayswater. With a stunning stucco front, the entire block had been completely built from the ground up behind a stunning facade, offering modern facilities with new build benefits, I managed to please both father and daughter who had very different requirements.”
