Emma Gray started her professional carrer with the best training at Countrywide, several years of experience in the corporate world, helped to build and establish a brand new agency for agents Davis and Gibbs based in Balham and introduced a portfolio of over 1000 properties from various developers to the London market via international agency Fine & Country. With the regeneration and development of Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms at the centre, along the stretch of the river Thames on both sides, further reaching into Knighstbridge, Mayfair, Notting Hill and as far as Canary Wharf, via the City.
‘In 2014 I was approached by a 21 year old German lady who had just graduated, her father was gifting her £5m for her fantastic achievements, and with very little understanding of London and its diverse social pockets, I was chosen to support her and assist her in the responsibility of investing this money wisely. Having exhausted the options on our own books, I started to use the opportunity to secure fees with other agents, then with developers directly in developments I felt suited Victorias brief, which was specific in design but wide on location. Her father being German was quite clear he wanted the reliability of a new build with a warranty for the work from a reputable builder, but Victoria had her heart set on something with character. So we ventured to Hampstead, Chelsea and even as far as Blackheath viewing some stunning developments. Eventually we found a beautiful apartment overlooking a private garden square in Bayswater with a stunning stucco front. The building had been completely built from the ground up behind the facade, offering modern services and new build benefits, pleasing both father and daughters very different requirements.
After this experience i was sold on wanting to be a property finder and opened myself to further opportunity, utilising an internatioal clent database through Fine and Country, and subsiquently setting up my own Company, London Property Professioanls Ltd.
Previously London Property Professionals Ltd, Emma Gray founded Graypearl as a natural progression from working as a property finder primarily in London. Dealing with high-quality residential property search’s and acquisitions for clients in London, Dubai and Southern Europe, for mostly residential property to buy, but also sucessful in securing rental properies for both residential and commercial purposes. Being third generation builder, her father was a property developer, and having personally worked on site after studying building studies at school, and having a hand in design for several projects Emma is well equipt to offer her expert advise. with over 20 years of working in the London property industry where she is highly respected, Emma has developed an extensive network of strong professional and personal contacts throughout the industry, giving her access to some of the most exclusive off market properties available, as well as secured relationships with many of the biggest and best developers in London and as well as overseas.
